Good morning everyone! One of my new favourite styles this season is definitely layering anything over a polo neck – yep its that simple! I love the 90’s slip dress layered over a polo neck or a cute lace cami-top over a polo neck or even an oversized knit with a contrasting polo neck underneath. Its literally the easiest way to be down with the whole winter layering thing.
I love the “layered look” but, because I’m more of a pear shape, layering can make me look quite heavier than I actually am because it usually means hiding my waist. But I think if you stick to rather fitted pieces with a thin polo neck underneath or anything you can add a belt around the waist with your’e good to go.
Aren’t my boots just fab? Ive always wanted a pair of over the knee boots and lucky for me they were still really big for this autumn/winter. I bought mine from Aldo and although I’m probably not going to get a huge amount of wear out of these they sure are pretty. I think any sort of knee-high/riding boots are a staple in any girls wardrobe as they never seem to go out of fashion, everyone loves a good pair of high boots!
How are you finding the colder wether trends this season? I’m personally so happy to be wrapping up again in all our cosy knitwear and rich autumn colours.
Hope you all have a good week!
