I did a bit of damage in MAC in Dublin Airport before my flight to Marbella…oops! I was in bad need of a new foundation and bronzer so I went with Pro Longwear as this is a semi matte foundation as I prefer a more natural dewy finish. Its definitely become my new favourite!
FOUNDATION: Mac Pro Longwear REVIEW: Its got great coverage and staying power as it is a long wearing foundation which is great for long days out or long shifts in work. Its a medium buildable coverage with a semi matte finish. I only lightly powder my T-zone with my Rimmel Stay Matte powder and I’m good to go for the day. This has definitely replaced my Studio Fix Foundation and I would probably rate it an 8/10 🙂
BRONZER: Mac Matte Bronze REVIEW: This is a great bronzer for warming up your cheeks and doing some contouring at the same time, which Im really loving. Im definitely in to a warmer contour look this summer and this bronzer is great as its matte. Its probably a light to medium shade but you can definitely build up the colour to get your desired look.
HIGHLIGHT: Mac Soft and Gentle REVIEW: This highlight is super shimmery so, if like me you want your highlight to be seen from Space – this is one you must try! Its a very warm and glowy highlight which works really well with Mac’s Matte Bronze. It looks great when the light catches your face in a bar or nightclub and looks very natural in the daylight. I was so used to my Urban Decay Naked highlight which is more of a silver tone but I think that the warmer toned highlights suit my complexion much better since I have darkened my hair.
LIPSTICK: YSL Rouge Voulupt 8 REVIEW: This is my first ever YSL lipstick and definitely NOT my last! They are amazing!! Oh my God why has it taken me so long to purchase?!?! They are so pigmented and creamy and the their staying power is phenomenal 🙂
