I was really excited to try this face mask as I know everyone raves about, so, the other day I was passing by Lush in town and I thought I would pop in for a browse, and particularly to pick up this product.

Firstly I love the fact that these masks are great in quality but have such an affordable price tag, mine cost me €8.95 and you can get at least 5-6 goes out of them.

Another bonus about these masks is that you know everything in them is all natural with out any chemicals or parabens or anything like that. The BB seaweed mask contains – fresh seaweed, cleansing kaolin, antiseptic honey, aloe vera and rose absolute. These masks do have expiry dates as a result of not have any preservatives so be careful to check the date your own mask. Each mask’s expiry date varies but the seaweed one lasts pretty much a whole month, so you have plenty of time to use it up!

I’ve tried The Sacred Truth mask which is more of a replenishing mask and boasts a dewy/soft finish on your skin, which by the way is another excellent face mask by Lush, which I adore! But this mask claims to revive your skin, soften and beautify.

The masks has quite a thick and exfoliating consistency and it has the most amazing fresh and awakening smell. A great thing about this mask was that it didn’t go dry quickly or harden too much on the skin so I felt I could leave it on for awhile longer than most other masks.

I rinsed the mask off with some warm water and patted my face dry. Afterwards my face felt so moisturised and hydrated that I felt I didn’t even need to moisturise! Overall this face mask was an absolute dream and I would definitely repurchase it. if your skin is in need of some TLC I would definitely recommend this face mask!
